Low tear analog radio for vehicles, boats etc.
One of the last analog radio devices designed by Motorola. Mechanical design for MIL-STD-810 with very tight DM, DL costs control with extreme high quality requirements. Designed for production of 600.000 devices with first prototyping assembly run at Israel and mass production at Malaysia. The main problems - DM, DL, thermal management, EMI shielding, interconnection, vibrations withstand, communication problem between international teams. Since start of mass production was sold more then 1.5M devices.
